CCAM – SMS SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY

We respect your privacy. We use only the information you provide through this service to send you mobile messages and respond to you. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, mobile carriers, and other vendors who assist us in delivering mobile messages. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. However, we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. This privacy policy applies solely to your use of the SMS service and is not intended to modify our general Privacy Policy, which may govern our relationship in other contexts.

SMS COSTS

We do not charge you for messages sent or received through this SMS service. However, messaging and data rates may apply. Depending on your wireless plan or service provider, you may be charged by your carrier or other applicable provider.

SMS MESSAGE FREQUENCY

This SMS service is intended for conversational, person-to-person communication between you and our employees. We may send you an initial message with details about the service. After that, the number of SMS messages you receive will vary depending on how you use our services and whether you take actions that trigger additional SMS messages from us (e.g., sending a HELP request).

OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES

If you no longer wish to receive SMS messages, you may reply to any SMS with STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. As a person-to-person communication service, opt-out requests are specific to each conversation between you and one of our employees and their associated phone number. After opting out, we may send you a confirmation message via SMS.
